That is why The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics Orthopaedic Associates of Central Maryland Division (OACM) offers OACM After Hours, which is orthopedic-specific care for when you need it most. Utilizing our After-Hours service is a cost-effective alternative to emergency departments, focusing on new injuries such as sprains, strains, muscle pains, soreness, spasms, fractures, and tendon tears. Services cover various areas including shoulder, hip, foot and ankle, knee, and sports injuries for both adults and pediatric patients.
